Saving the best for last! 
I'm sure you hipsters love Aztec! So here you have it, my last look with Sammy Icon's Chamanes socks. I decided to go for a more casual look with a muscle tank and a pair of denim shorts and kicking them off with a pair of sport shoes. With my outfit, the socks were easily spot on! To conclude, I really love all the socks that I had chosen as they were really comfortable. I mean what do you look for in a pair of socks? Of cos comfort, if not why would you wear them over your feet, right? Other than to defend yourself from all those merciless blisters, it's also blissful that every pair of socks are decorated with different awesome patterns and prints to suit your personality and mood of the day. Same goes for me! Somedays, I just love them to be loud while other days I would like them to be subtle. Do not forget to check out their socks if you haven't!

Anyway, good news to all, especially myself, after months of struggle and due to my overdose of perfectionism, I had finally set my portfolio out free to be seen! So recently, my boyfriend is in love with Interpol, a band from the late 90s and little did I know that I was in love with their new songs and was listening to them for quite some time in Spotify without realising that it's them. Yeah funny. Here's one of my favourite, titled Anywhere.

Continuing to feature more Sammy Icon's socks, today I had Swallow Grey Socks on and pairing them with a chunky platform hologram sandals. Since the colour tone of the socks are more subtle, I wore an acid washed denim and a white lace cardigan to match them. As a whole, it gives a light gentle look in an urban city.

Girls being girls, we are more vain, like myself, I could never go out of my house without giving my eyebrows a darker shade, drawing my eyeliner, adding some tone to my lips and of cos the basic coverage like BB cream. However, that does not stop us from the craves of the rising technology and be attracted to different kinds of gaming devices created. I got to admit that I am kind of a gamer, ok not those crazy types but still I would spend hundreds on purchasing game accessories, add-on perks (like those in app-purchases for mobile games), online games, consoles, playing in a LAN-gaming shop and so on. Funny thing is when we girls said that we love gaming, guys love to associate us with cute games. Seriously, BITCH PLEASE! I think I would prefer killing zombies like Left 4 Dead or maybe multi-player games like DOTA, LOL, WOW and so on, but nowadays, due to commitment, I do not really play online games. Well times have changed so do not underestimate girls. As pretty or sweet as they may look, in a room on her own, she may be killing zombies like a boss!

Here's a song that I stumbled upon while writing this post. It's A Room of Her Room by Like Swimming. I mean, the title totally fits my image.

I am a serious sucker for socks. The more unique they are, the more I love them! I just could not help but match the different kinds of designs with my apparels and secretly mismatching them on purpose with my outfits since it's more interesting that way! 

I was really excited to work with Sammy Icon and was spoilt for choices when I had to choose five lovely pairs of socks to suit my personal styling! On my previous post, I had featured the Versoix Violet socks. As promised I will be featuring more of the other socks and for this post, I decided to be more adventurous by mixing both Jungle and Purple spot socks one on each side of my feet and wore them with my black shoes. Since the colours were more cheerful, effortlessly, it became the spotlight of my outfit. I wore a simple cropped top and a pair of distressed denim jeans with a checkered shirt tied around the waist, and of cos not forgetting my favourite "swag" beanie! If you're a socks lover like me, do check their socks out! You will love it!

Oh by the way, I attended a workshop by Mash Up (a designer apparels store) to make emoji bags a few days ago! And so I decided to create an alien! Currently it's my favourite bag since I DIY-ed it!

It was a really fun shooting day with the socks and having my friend, Amirul, a talented photographer to assist me for both the photographs and the locations. Even at one point, we had to deal with millipedes and also being chased away for shooting at a "protected" area and later found out that a murder had taken place there a few days ago! All these encounters made great experiences and for that, they remind me of this song "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" by STRFKR (not the original singer but I just love this version). And I hope you enjoy my styling as well as the song!

Last Saturday morning, I woke up to receive two parcels from Style Raiders (Singapore) and Sammy Icon (Ukraine)! I couldn't be more excited to partner up with them! Upon looking at the socks received from Sammy Icon, I immediately knew that I could match the black anchor Versoix Violet Socks with that Badass Style Raiders' Restrained Cult Skirt that come with garters! They looked DOPE together right?

This look is all about the affection of the dark side and alluring beauty. I matched the Restrained Cult Skirt with a bralette and a long black sheer kimono to create that mysterious haunting ambience. To be honest, I'm really lucky that my friend, Amirul, who's a talented photographer, found this old rooftop carpark and brought my ideas to life! Well since the place was kind of rundown with lots of "junks" as props to go along with my outfit and incorporated them into my photos.
