Cadence

Singlet ∆ White.co
Blazer ∆ Own by Mich
Bucket Hat ∆ Modparade
Socks ∆ AdidasShoes ∆ TUK
Photos by Mich

I'm faced with dilemma when choosing these whole lot of photos. It's a good problem as each photo contains so much feels in them. That's because the weather is windy and my friend is an awesome photographer even with just a default lens of mine canon DSLR.

This was an impromptu styling. Initially, I only have my singlet as a dress. Mich decided to borrow her blazer to me. I swear it goes really well with what I had. Keeping the same 90s street style, I added a pair of banana creepers and babygirl statement bucket hat to give it a twist of quirk.

I'm very thankful to White.co to send me a whole collection of apparels all the way from Taiwan! They are simple yet cool for any occasion! For my upcoming posts, I will be featuring all different apparels from them! Enjoy!

With such a "FEEL" post, here's a "FEELS MUCH" song by St. South, Cadence. Enjoy it!

Back of the car

Top & Maxi Skirt Set ∆ Princessa
Jacket ∆ OBEY
Shoes ∆ Miista
Shades ∆ Vintage

With my current lilac hair, monotone clothing seems to give off a classic touch of minimalist look. With a cropped top and a maxi skirt from Princessa, I enhanced the apparel with a bomber jacket, boots and beanie to spice up the look for a casual brunch on Sunday.

...

Last week was a hectic week and I did not get to post anything up on my blog. I feel bad about it but I just could not find the time to do it with so many shoots coming along and more workload that I have at work. I even strained my ligament around my ankle with the accumulation of minor sprains for the past few weeks. Well good thing is I got to rest for a bit today. So, hello to Monday Blues!

Not sure if you guys heard of RAC (Remixed Artist Collective - an indie electronic project by André Allen Anjos) before, but it is my current favourite muse. The tone of the songs are pretty light and cheerful, making me feel refreshed when listening to them. Here's one of his latest song featuring Nate Henricks, Back of the Car. Hope you like it!

Loud Places - Jord wood watches

Long shirt Dress ∆ H&M
Shoes ∆ Charles and Keith
Socks ∆ Adidas
Shades ∆ Vintage
Necklace ∆ Topshop
Photos by Gladys and Mathieu

Less is more.
Allowing my Jord wood watch to shine on it's own, I kept my outfit minimal with a long white shirt dress and a long thick silver necklace. I wore a pair of wooden platforms to match my Jord wood watch. Sleek, modern and minimalistic, I still manage to pull the look as my own style by adding my key player; the high socks. Something that you can't miss being a 90s kid.

Watches have never been an important accessories to me except to keep track of my time. Nevertheless, I would still keep a lookout if there is any unique timepiece that intrigues me. However, many of the watches that I had come across are either too mainstream or just doesn't really appeal to me. As a creative person, I always dig into something unique and fresh. When Jord wood watches invites me do a collaboration with them I was delighted! Honestly, I had neither heard of Jord nor come across any wood watches before. So, it's definitely something new and I'm excited about it!

Using wood as their main feature, you can expect their watches to be much lighter than those that you would normally find. Influenced by our modern experiential living, Jord wood watches are made to be sustainable, efficient and simple. Jord wood watches are priced at a very reasonable market rate and if you are interested, you can view more of them here, they provide a wide range of unique and intricate designs to ensure that each watch is distinctive to your style. Another highlight, they can even make the watch to your desirable size that fits perfectly on your wrist, just like mine!

*P.S. If you're thinking of a present for this upcoming Father's Day, do add Jord wood watches as one of you gift ideas!*

I did my shoot at a very quiet venue. Using that as an irony, I decided to share one of my current favourite muse by Jamie XX, Loud Places. If you had not known, Jamie XX is part of The XX band as their percussionist. He is definitely one talented musician!
