Topshop X Adidas Originals: Welcome to Love

Oversized Sweatshirt ∆ Topshop x Adidas Originals
White Culottes ∆ Rockstar Singapore
Platform Shoes ∆ YRU
Bucket Hat ∆ Modparade
Photos by Amirul

As mentioned before on my previous post, I'm a Topshop lover! Therefore, how can I miss the collaborative collection of Topshop and Adidas?1 The collaboration is a mashed-up of 80s hip-hop and slick sportswear look. And yes, expect bold colour scheme inspired from the 80s!

I love to style my outfit differently from the norms by giving it a fresh touch. Hence, I wore the sweatshirt with a pair of white culottes, bucket hat, high socks and a pair of platform sneakers. At the end of the day, street look is all about defining who you are. So, simply make an outfit consisting of different eras and create your own identity.

When shooting for this outfit, my photographer and I decided to experiment on doing an outfit video using VIBBIDI app. Do let me know what you think of the collaborative collection and the video!

Here's a dreampop electronic song for your viewing! Welcome to Love by Young Ejecta and I hope you like it!

Oversized Blazer ∆ Bershka

It's Sunday and it's sunny, but nothing beats me in getting cosy with an oversized sweatshirt dress by Elite99. As a socks lover, I decided to match my sweatshirt with a pair socks and sandals. It is one of those outfits that shouts street fashion yet being extremely comfortable in. Simply striking a balance to get the best of both worlds. Shooting this outfit was really exciting as we sneaked into the back of the power station, which is now being converted into a nightlife venue, and had a quick shoot before being chased out!

Sunday is all about getting comfortable after having a crazy Saturday night and I hope you guys had an enjoyable weekend!

Last few days, I chanced by a cover of Wicked Games by Eric Wright and Deja Mae and felt in love with their version. It's very different from the original version with heavy electronic bass beats and I hope you guys like it!
